Wine

The term "wine" is used to describe a great number of individual styles. The true definition of wine is a low alcohol beverage made from grapes, but there are many variations on the theme. Five primary categories cover the majority of wine-related varieties and they are White, Red, Rosé, Sparkling (including Champagne) and Fortified (which includes the famous Sherry and Port styles). Each uses the wine making process in similar, but also very different ways. This is best illustrated by looking at each category separately.
